Yang demikian itu didasarkan pada perkataan Ummu ‘Atiyah –radhiallahu ‘Anha-: “Kami tidak menganggap apa yang keluar pada masa suci itu haid, meskipun dengan warna agak keruh atau kekuningan,” (HR. Abu Daud, yang dishahihkan oleh Al Bani dalam Shahi Abu Daud).
Atas dasar inilah maka berhubungan intimpun tidak masalah; karena Anda sudah suci.
Mengutip dari ruangmuslimah, namun apabila yang Anda lihat adalah kekuningan atau kemerahan dari sisa haid, berarti haid anda belum berakhir.
Dan tidak semestinya bagi seorang wanita terburu-buru menganggap haidnya berakhir kalau masih ada kekuningan atau kemerahan meskipun sedikit.
Karena beberapa wanita menghadap ‘Aisyah dengan membawa wadah kecil yang di dalamnya terdapat kapas/pembalut agak kekuningan, seraya ‘Aisyah berkata: “Jangan terburu-buru sampai kalian melihat cairan bening,” (HR. Malik: 130).
Adapun jima’ yang dilakukan pada malam itu, tidak masalah insya Allah; karena Anda mengira bahwa Anda telah suci dari haid, dan tidak bersengaja melakukan hal yang dilarang.
Allah –subhanahu wa ta’ala- berfirman:
وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ فِيمَا أَخْطَأْتُمْ بِهِ وَلَكِنْ مَا تَعَمَّدَتْ قُلُوبُكُمْ (سورة الأحزاب: 5).
“Dan tidak ada dosa atasmu terhadap apa yang kamu khilaf padanya, tetapi (yang ada dosanya) apa yang disengaja oleh hatimu.” (QS. Al Ahzaab: 5).
